His description of Alonso’s lap of Monaco was one of the best single lap commentaries I’ve ever heard. I can’t believe the amount of interesting information he fitted in to 1 minute and 20 seconds. Immediately I wanted to watch it again. I think he’d make a great commentator. Perhaps itv could let him do one or two just to see?
